Recreational Projects

Owner: Dominion Homes

Location: Blacklick, Pickerington, Commercial Point, and Bloomfield, Ohio

Architect: WD Partners, Inc.

We built this style of recreational center at five separate subdivisions; Jefferson Run in Blacklick; Sycamore Creek in Pickerington, Southern Point in Commercial Point; and Bloomfield Hills in South Bloomfield, OH. Each had a 7,000 square foot pool and deck, along with a 1,200 square foot poolhouse constructed of a masonry shell with a wood trussed roof.

Location: Grove City, Ohio

Architect: Meyers/Welsh Architects

The Pinnacle Community Center located in Grove City, Ohio is a 8,500 square foot family and fitness center that contains a basketball court, sauna and shower facilities. Outside of the facility there is an Olympic sized swimming pool and wading pool, tennis courts, and a playground for community residents. The center was a part of a TIF financing package for the Pinnacle Development’s Home Owners Association.

Location: New Albany, Ohio

Architect: Meyers/Welsh Architects

The Upper Albany West Community Center, located in Westerville, Ohio, is a 7,000 square foot family and fitness center with a full kitchen and living room facility. A 5,000 square foot, zero entry pool accompanied by a 10,000 square foot pool deck, gazebo, and kids play area finishes off the outside this neighborhood's private recreational center. This project was built for MI Homes and turned over to the neighborhood governing association.

Location: Sunbury, Ohio

This project involved the construction of the Northstar Clubhouse as well as the subsequent development and construction of the pool center (below). The clubhouse is a 20,000 square foot, bi-level facility which houses the golf carts and golf operation on the lower level and the clubhouse and golf shop on the upper level.

Location: Sunbury, Ohio

The pool center included a 7,000 square foot pool with pool building and tennis courts. The golf center, clubhouse, and pool center was an investment by a family to establish and create a new community in Delaware, Ohio. This project is part of a 500+ acre development effort consisting of a golf course, commercial area, and a large housing development at I-71 and state route 41.

Location: Marysville, Ohio

Architect: Meyers and Associates Architects

This project was a new pool center for Mill Valley subdivision in Marysville, Ohio. The project was a pool and recreation building for the subdivision. Pulte came to Roslovic Building Company for help on designing and building this center within a budget while dividing a center to accommodate the long range plans of homes and lots at the Mill Valley subdivision.
