This project included renovations of multiple buildings on the campus of the former Scioto County Joint Vocational School. The project was administered by the Ohio Schools Facility Commission. This was the first prevailing wage-required school funded project for the OSFC. The project was a fourteen-month project and Roslovic Building Company was the general trade's contractor.

This project was a 100,000 square foot, ground-up, new high school for the Galia County School Board of Education. Roslovic Building Company was the prime contractor of this project. The school was for grades 9 through 12 and included an auditorium, classrooms, and a gymnasium. Change orders at the completion of this project were less than 3 percent of the total cost. The schedule for the beginning of the school year was met so that school could continue without interruption.
