The Adena Regional Medical Center decided to upgrade and grow its open heart capabilities. Therefore, they decided to add an additional operating room and catheterization lab in the existing hospital. Roslovic Building Co., with Design Group, Inc., handled the preliminary planning, design, and construction documents. This project entailed coordination and assistance to the hospital for all of their new equipment, strict adherence to infection control, and a tight holiday schedule.

Highview Medical Center is Roslovic Building Co.’s third project for Mt. Carmel Health System. Mt. Carmel’s stringent budgetary constraints required Roslovic Building Co. to utilize innovative value engineering approaches to get the center built. The 2,550 square foot facility provides urgent care services to Columbus’ Southside community.

Roslovic Building Co. was hired by Mount Carmel Health System to manage and complete cafeteria renovations at the East Hospital of Columbus, Ohio. This ten-week project required a strict schedule and careful planning to maintain the daily operations of the cafeteria with minimal disruptions to the patients and staff.

This facility was a complete gut and remodel of a 5,000 square foot office. The space was converted to a doctor’s office on E. Main St. in Reynoldsburg, OH. New work required extensive amounts of additional plumbing and electric installed in the floor. Some work was required to be performed after-hours for consideration of adjacent tenants.
