John E. Roslovic

President, Pre-Construction Services

 

John handles all pre-construction activities as well as project setup and general oversight. He started his career with Henry C. Beck Construction Company in Dallas, Texas after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1985. With HCB, he worked as a construction management team member for the Rouse Company, building large scale development projects including Bayside Marketplace in Miami, Florida, and Union Station in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1988, John joined Roslovic Building Company.

John is very involved in the Columbus community, participating in and supporting groups such as the Young Entrepreneurs Organization, Columbus Association for the Performing Arts, and the Columbus School for Girls.

Dan F. Roslovic

President, Construction Services

 

Dan manages day-to-day corporate functions, handles project purchasing, and oversees field operations. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, Dan began his career with Galbreath Development and Construction Company in Columbus, Ohio. As a project engineer, he worked on projects such as the new State Teachers Office Building, and Hyatt at Capitol Square in downtown Columbus. He joined Roslovic Building Company in 1988.

 

Dan’s commitment to the community includes twelve years on the board of the Bexley Zoning Appeals, former board member of the Athletic Club of Columbus, and three-time president of St. Stevan Church.

Kirk M. Harger

Director, Field Operations

 

Kirk is a project manager and is responsible for field operations and manages field supervision. He is also the company's safety director. Kirk has held various positions throughout his construction career, ranging from superintendent, project manager, and senior project manager. He started his career out of high school where he worked for his father as a carpenter. As a superintendent and project manager, Kirk has worked on projects such as AEP New Albany, Doctors Hospital, Battelle, and the West Jefferson Visitor Center.

 

Kirk has his 30-hour OSHA certificate and is trained in CPR and first aid. He is also trained in excavation, scaffolding, and rigging.
